Hi, I'm Sebastian.

I'm the founder of LimbCraft Australia and I've spent the last 20 years working in the prosthetics and orthotics industry across Germany and Australia.

I started with a 3.5 year apprenticeship in Germany, where I developed a strong foundation in fabrication and a genuine love for the craft. After qualifying, I also had the opportunity to work as a clinician, an experience that gave me a real appreciation for what practitioners navigate day to day, and what they need from their fabrication support.

Since moving to Australia, I've been fortunate to work alongside some great people in the industry:

- APC Prosthetics, Sydney -2.5 years, Senior technician

- Northern Prosthetics - 6 years as Workshop and Fabrication Manager

- OAPL - 3 years, Senior Technician

Those years across different organisations taught me a lot about fabrication, about working closely with clinicians, and about what a good working relationship between a lab and a clinic actually looks like.

Why LimbCraft

Starting LimbCraft felt like a natural next step. I wanted to build something where I could focus entirely on doing quality work for clinics, with the kind of communication and turnaround times that make a real difference to how a practice runs.

It's a small operation, and that's intentional. When you work with LimbCraft, you're working with me directly someone who cares about getting it right…..the first time.
